Rally as many men together as possible by pulpit announcements, social media posts, flyers, invite cards, and marketing to men in the church and city. 2. Offer on-site registrations before and after church services. 3. Provide and prepare meals according to the agreed-upon schedule. 4. Set up and tear down for the night. 5. Provide any pictures or recordings for RM after the event. I Agree Travel Expenses (mileage or airfare, meals, and lodging): * Event Host covers travel expenses to include mileage at Standard IRS Rate, meals, and lodging for one night.
