Rally as many men together as possible by pulpit announcements, social media posts, flyers, invite cards and marketing to men in the church and city. 2. Offer on-site registrations before and after churches services. 3. Provide and prepare an excellent steak with sides and drinks. 4. Set up and tear down for the night. 5. Provide any pictures or recordings for RM after the event. I Agree Travel Expenses (mileage or airfare, meals, and lodging): * Event Host covers travel expenses to include mileage at Standard IRS Rate, meals, and lodging for one night.
